Save emails and attachments in a single PDF to your desktop


You can merge email body with some attachments type like PDF, Word, Excel, text file, images.


Step by step:

1. Edit your email account, then move to the list of Actions

2. Add a new action 'save email on disk'

Add action to save email

Now set the options like below, save in PDF, merge when possible and set the folder to your desktop. Then valid.

3. Add another new action 'save attachment on disk'

Add action to save attachment in PDF

Now set the options like below. Then valid.

Add action to save attachment

4. It is finish, just send a new email for testing.
